About this program
Tried and tested by our very own CFT athletes, this strength program focuses on foundational strength. You will:
- Back Squat
- Sumo Deadlift
*In addition to working on upper body strength (pull-ups), core, and lifting accessory
This program is designed to be a stand alone program.
To see the best results athletes should stick to this and not add in additional pieces. You will do one conditioning piece per week.
1. You train 4-5 Days a Week
2. Programming will take you 1-2 hours per day
3. You should have access to a barbell, DBs, a bench, and a pull-up bar
4. You do NOT need to have a ton of experience as long as you use the coaches in our group!!
