- You need access to a pull-up bar, dumbbells, and exercise bands
- Athletes should have 1-3 strict pull-ups as well as kipping pull-ups prior to starting this program
Movement demos are provided in the program in a VERY user friendly app called Fitr- you will never be lost or confused as to what to do!
