Develop the strength and work on the positions to get your first chest to bar pull-ups or build the strength to perform big sets!

  • Repeat as many times as you need to (lifetime access!)
  • You need access to a pull-up bar, dumbbells, and exercise bands
  • Athletes should have 1-3 strict pull-ups as well as kipping pull-ups prior to starting this program

Movement demos are provided in the program in a VERY user friendly app called Fitr- you will never be lost or confused as to what to do!

You will receive coaching feedback and support in our private Circle Community as well as interact with other women on the same journey!
