- 6pm Dinner together – meet and greet
Wednesday- June 5th
- 9-10:30am Train together
- 1 on 1 sessions
- 1-2:30pm Running with Coach Michelle
- 2:30-4pm Pull Ups with Coach Shawna
Thursday- June 6th
- 7:45am-9am Deep End Fitness Special Session
- 1 on 1 sessions
- 11am-1pm Bar Muscle Ups with Coach Trina
- 1:30-3pm Nutrition and Hormones
- 4:30-7:30 BBQ at Coach Shawna’s
Friday- June 7th
- 8-9:30am Train together
- 10-1130am Double Unders with Coach Shawna
- Lunch catered by Kebab Shop
- 1-2:30pm Snatches with Coach Trina
- 1 on 1 sessions
- 2:30-4pm Toes to Bar with Coach Shawna
Saturday- June 8th
- 9am-11am Ring Muscle Ups with Coach Trina
- 11am-1pm Clean and Jerks with Coach Trina
- Check out San Diego (in groups or individually/with your family)
Sunday- June 9th
- 9am Beach WOD
- 11:30am Brunch together
- 2pm Stand Up Paddle Boarding, hang out
Monday- June 10th – Athletes fly home
- Morning training session together for any athletes who are here or leaving later

🥇 Full Camp Experience $750 – registrations close May 7th
*split payments available totaling $790 (split up 4 weeks apart, charged automatically)
*Entire camp cost covers all seminars, Deep End Fitness Session, dinner on the first evening, lunch on Friday, Brunch on Sunday, an athlete goodie bag, t-shirt or tank, and access to the Cold Plunge/Sauna facility
🥈Single Day Experience $250 – registrations close May 7th

Signing up for one on one sessions – a Calendar link and separate sign up will be available shortly with time slots – these will be first come first serve as time will be somewhat limited for the coaches. If you know you want some one on one time, email us ASAP!
