The workouts are easy to follow, they aren’t going to kill you, but you can make them as hard as you want.

The only equipment you need is your body (but bonus if you have a pair of dumbbells!)

  • Perform core work and cardio (aka conditioning) 4 days a week
  • Movement demos and scaling/modifying provided
  • For EVERY level of exerciser
  • An all women’s community including all female coaches
  • Work on building bodyweight strength and improve skills like push-ups, squats, and lunges
  • Basic Nutrition support provided (get a how to guide on setting your macros, and help in our Facebook group on what to be eating and when!)
