Your coach builds a custom plan tailored to your lifestyle — including macros, hand portions, daily priorities, and what to focus on first.
3️⃣ Start Coaching Inside the Fitr App
Track your food (as detailed or flexible as you like), steps, sleep, and more — all in one place.
4️⃣ Weekly Check-Ins + Monthly Zoom Calls
Submit a weekly check-in form so I can review your progress and adjust your plan. You’ll also get a 30-minute Zoom call with me once a month for deeper support.

Is this personalized to me?
Yes — I build a plan based entirely on your intake form, goals, and training. This is not a generic template or macro calculator.
Can I sign up for just a month?
I ask for a 3-month commitment. This gives us the time to build a strong coaching relationship and allows you to make lasting changes. Fat loss, muscle gain, and hormone shifts all take time — I coach for the long game.
Can you help me lose weight?
Yes — and more importantly, I’ll help you develop the habits and structure that make those results last. I’ll teach you how to fuel smarter, not restrict harder. Consistency and communication are key.
Do I have to track macros?
Not necessarily. I’ll meet you where you’re at — whether you prefer hand portions, habits, or full macro tracking. I will help you find what works for your brain, lifestyle, and goals.
Can you work with food restrictions or sensitivities?
