Before starting this program, you should to be able to actively hang from the bar for 30 seconds!

- You have lifetime access to the program and can repeat as many times as you needed!
- The volume/challenge increases each week
- You will need access to a pull-up bar, kettlebell, dumbbells, bands, and a pair of gymnastics rings you can hang from
- You do NOT have to have a strict pull up yet, but you DO need shoulder stability (refer above about active bar hang)
