Toes to Bar & Kipping Pull-Ups

This program is designed for women who want to develop the skills to perform both kipping pull-ups AND toes to bar at the same time

Before starting this program, you should to be able to actively hang from the bar for 30 seconds!

  • 4 Days Per Week
  • 30-40 Minutes Per Session
  • You have lifetime access to the program and can repeat as many times as you needed!
  • The volume/challenge increases each week
  • You will need access to a pull-up bar, kettlebell, dumbbells, bands, and a pair of gymnastics rings you can hang from
  • You do NOT have to have a strict pull up yet, but you DO need shoulder stability (refer above about active bar hang)
