For female athletes serious about competing in the sport of CrossFit.
This program is built for athletes chasing the highest level of performance, with advanced skills and heavy barbell work programmed throughout.
Program Details:
- 🏋️ Advanced skills (muscle-ups, higher skill gymnastics, heavier barbell lifts)
- ⏱️ 2–4 hours per day, 6 days a week
- 🔧 Scaling options for intermediate athletes (must be able to perform at least muscle-up transitions)
- ✅ Minimum skill requirements: kipping pull-ups + kipping handstand push-ups
- 🛠️ Equipment needed: barbell, pull-up bar, rings, kettlebell, dumbbells, and at least one cardio machine (rower, assault/echo bike, or ski erg)

➡️ Master’s Comp Track
For women 35+ who want to compete while supporting recovery and hormone health.
Designed for the driven athlete who still wants to compete, but without feeling wrecked every day. This track balances intensity with longevity.
Program Details:
- 🏃 Monostructural conditioning (running, biking, rowing, skiing, swimming) 6–7 days a week
- 💪 Strength training with accessory + gymnastics work 5 days a week
- 🔥 Metcons 3–4 days a week
- ⏱️ 2–3 hours per day
- Designed specifically for female athletes 35+, balancing competitive training with recovery and hormonal support
