With our Chest to Bar Program you’ll build the strength and work on the positions to get your first chest to bar pull-ups or build the strength to perform big sets (including learning how to butterfly)

DETAILS:

  • You need access to a pull-up bar, dumbbells, and exercise bands
  • Athletes should have 1-3 strict pull-ups as well as kipping pull-ups prior to starting this program
