With our Minimal Equipment Track you can expect:

  • Warm Up, 2-3 Conditioning and Core pieces, cool down
  • 5 Days a Week Fitness
  • Workouts that last 30-60 minutes
  • Plyometrics/balance work 2-3 days per week

Memberships are $19.99 a month, offered through Fitr, with a private coach monitored community.
